Leah has been working in the veterinary field for over 20 years. She has specialty experience in internal medicine, oncology, diagnostic imaging, dermatology, and, most recently, surgery. Leah enjoys caring for every pet as if it was her own by making sure they feel safe, loved, and as comfortable as possible within the hospital setting. This desire recently inspired Leah to start Pet Nurse CDA, which offers professional nursing care for animals within the comfort of their own home following veterinary visits. When Leah is not caring for animals, she enjoys traveling, especially to the beach. She also finds happiness in outdoor activities such as backpacking, white water rafting, rock climbing.
